Tuition and Payment Plans

Adair Dance Academy follows a monthly payment system. ADA does not charge separate recital fees. All fees have been totaled and divided into 8 equal payments. Your deposit (first payment) will be used as your September tuition payment and holds your space. The remaining 7 payments are due at the first class you attend each month, beginning with your October classes and ending with your April classes. Any payments not received by the 12th of the month will be charged a $10 late fee. Returned checks are charged $35.

All classes have 28 weeks scheduled throughout the year with end-of-year performances in May. Pre-ballet enrichment programs at St. Michael’s, Montessori and Kroc center are 10 – 12 week sessions and include a parent demonstration at the associated location.

Communication

Studio information is posted, announced, e-mailed and available on this Web site. ADA will send updates to you through the e-mail address you provide at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to check your e-mail regularly. If you do not have access to e-mail, please contact the studio at to request an alternate communication method for updates.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Enrollment assumes full payment of all 8 installments of tuition regardless of voluntary withdrawl or absences for the September through May dance season. A doctor’s note may be required in the event of extended medical leave. Cases will be reviewed on individual bases, and are at the discretion of the administration.

Injured students are encouraged to observe class, especially during performance season. However, no adjustment to fees will be made.

Attendance/Performance Commitment

Please text or leave a message at 402-551-4200 in case of an absence or tardiness. Make-up classes can be arranged with your instructor.

Regular class attendance is mandatory and essential. If any student has excessive absences, as determined by the instructor and the director, Adair Dance Academy reserves the right to dismiss them permanently from enrollment, without a refund.

We want to impress upon our students the importance of attendance for the good of the entire class. Please consider this when planning other activities.

If you choose not to participate in recital, you must send a letter or an e-mail to the studio with this information by January 1 for the upcoming spring recital. ADA does not alter fees in any way if you choose not to participate in spring recital.

All students are expected to arrive ahead of time for classes and are expected to be prepared, with a positive attitude.
